I have known Will for years now and has always been upfront and patient with asking me about my phone needs even when I was with another carrier. Because of that persistence I gave him an opportunity and very grateful that I did. Not only is my phone through Verizon but brought on 8 family lines with Will as well because of the customer service that he provides me. Will will always be my go to for anything phone related and will recommend him to anyone else as well. Thank you for the great job you do Will day in and day out.

When breaking it down, about $100 were charged for creating temporary numbers for the phones that were supposed to make the transfer process easier. No mentioning that there is an additional cost associated to creating these numbers. Lousy sales trick. Very disappointing. Another roughly $100 were legit transfer fees. The remaining $200? Labeled "fees" without explanation. No warning ahead of time. No transparency on what this was for. This is absolutely unacceptable.
- MRMark RegisterOct 14, 20251.0$400 in fees for “free phone” Connor is a really nice guy but was very frustrated when we found out that there was double billing on double billing of necessary fees that ended up making me realize I should have stuck with google fi which has better coverage surprisingly and bought a new phone without spending 2 days of getting it set up then realizing the total cost is more than if I bought new phones and stuck with google fi. I went to the store and they said that’s the way it is.
