- AAAriisstarryOct 24, 20255.0Dylan was overall the best experience I've could've asked for buying my own phone for the first time. He was chill explained everything to me and my boyfriend and was very honest with us. He was cracking jokes and making us laugh, seriously helped me choose a phone and took everything into consideration for my needs. He went above and beyond as a employee and a person. We genuinely had a enjoyable time finding a new phone it felt more like a professional hangout with a friend rather than a random employee. He was super chill when we had to drive back to my house to get my ID too. Overall this experience is one I'm not going to forget for a long time, need more people like him in this world and I also love love love my new phone !!! Thank you dylan

No one would help him or show him how to set it up when he purchased it. He’s 87 and in a wheelchair. The customer service here is terrible. He was told we don’t do that here when he asked a salesman to show him something. Do better and learn how to treat people!! We will drive to McMurray, where they know how to treat people!

He was very patient and took the time to explain things to me during my purchase. He seem very concerned my issues we're taken care of.
