    I haven’t gone through the process of a cell phone contract on my own yet so this was a first for me. Robert walked me through the important information. He was kind, patient, and thorough. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. To finish my set up and activation I needed to leave and return to the store after completing a step I couldn’t at the store. When I returned, he helped me finish the port process to keep my number and with his help it was expedited and completed before I left the store a few moments later. He helped me understand how to get the most for my money and overall made sure I had a protected device that would suit my needs within my budget. I am grateful for this positive experience.
