We switched over 4 lines at the end of the day and had a number of hiccups (not his fault in any way) along the way. Rob was dedicated, communicated with me, monitored the situation to make sure things were right and stayed right. We were switching from ATT and along the way there were moments when I just wanted to cancel the whole process, but Rob would say "don't worry, I've got this" and he did. He is awesome, and you all are lucky to have him! THANK YOU, ROB!!!!!!!!!!
