Aaron Eisenstat was friendly, efficient, and very patient explaining the various plans and, once we had selected a course of action, exactly what he was doing in each step of the setup. He answered all of my questions in detail and gave helpful tips when I asked for them. I was pretty anxious about setting up a new phone but he made it easy! Highly recommend. Kurtis Brown, the manager, was also super helpful after I had purchased something that I ended up not needing. I realized this during the same visit, and he quickly found a solution for reimbursement. Everyone was warm and friendly!

She was so kind, helpful, patient and just cared enough to find a solution so that I could walk away with a phone the same day for the best value. Although the store was closing soon she didn't make me feel rushed and she even waited for my Uber to come. Above and Beyond! It was a longgg day and her kindness and help made all the difference. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon, but if I do, I hope to work with her again!
