There is often a wait because if the Mac specialist is persevering with a problem just before your appointment, it's inevitable. Since I want to have the Mac Genius spend enough time with me, I don't mind waiting. At least with an appointment there is a place to sit and I can listen to the knowledge being shared with other customers like me, all around the table. The store is not too far from the Suburban Square parking garage if you fail to find the rare street (meter) parking. I definitely recommend getting a specific appointment.
