  Had a great experience at Apple Suburban Square! The process of getting my new phone was quick and seamless and I was out in less than an hour. Friendly, efficient service all around!

  Genuinely this store should be shut down. I’ve never faced worse customer service in an Apple Store ever.

  As a general rule, I only give good reviews on google and move on from the bad experiences… I give relatively few reviews as a result. Today I got such a poor response on a pretty simple request to help w/setup when picking up my online order on my new 17 pro/max, I nearly cancelled the sale. Life’s to short so I had to drive to TMobile to complete the setup. This Apple store used to provide an elite shopping experience. The staff were experts, helpful, and offered excellent advice. My last 2 or 3 tablets/phones/macbook, purchased there, literally zero added value is provided by the staff that isn’t available online. Not exactly a genius bar. (The product has hardly changed in 10 years). But it’s just obvious They could not care any less… and no one will bother to meaningfully reach out to ask why I’ll stop being there customer.

  Took 32 min of waiting on a late appointment just for them to tell me it’ll be nearly $300 to replace a side button. Never going back

  On 1/23 I went into this location frantic and frustrated but kept my composure at all times … my iPhone 16 was not working properly and the screen had gone black … I was unable to get to my child due to her location being on the phone … I went over Matt who said that he was a manager and began to ask for help with getting the phone to turn on … he was insistent that he could not help me and also no one in the store could help me because it getting close to closing time and i did not have an appointment … he did not even offer me an appointment or even look at my device … I asked him over and over to please help me because I needed to get to my minor child … I offered to just buy a new phone right then … he replied that I would have to wait until 3 other customers were helped … I then asked him again to let me purchase a phone right then so I am get my child faster… he still refused to help me … I waited 10 minutes and noticed a new manager come on to the floor to replace Matt … I approached this very kind woman and explained my emergency situation… she immediately looked at my phone and had it working in under 10 minutes … then offered me a plug and cord to charge up quickly so that my phone would not die trying to get to my daughter … I just don’t know what I would have done with out the kindness of that woman … I had no idea that Apple Stores would have staff that would just refuse to help a customer during an emergency situation like this
