  04/08/26 I only give this a 5 star review cause of the patience Katie or caity has otherwise it would be a one star review never asked how to spell her name . I was having a issue with my iPhone key looping and shutting off wouldn’t charge past one percent everything I watched online pointed towards a battery the support team told me they had to run a diagnostic test and said it was having multiple failures so it was going to be a mother board issue and to repair it would cost $500 plus . So I ended up spending $920+ dollars on a new iPhone and screen protector . I then drove 2+ hours back and forth trying to get my data transferred from one phone to another I came back to the Apple Store and an employee said she couldn’t help me I tried explaining my issue throughly and she shook her head and put her face in her palm like I was inconveniencing her right after I just nearly spent $1,000 and wanting help backing up my data another staff member came over and tried listening to my issue and the First Lady was annoyed by my response so I left the store and contacted the store via phone and Katie / caity answered she tried assisting me over the phone but I told her I was still outside the store so she asked me to come back in and she would help me fix my issue . My phone kept shutting on and off but she was so patient on trying to help me figure out how to back everything up was a long process and I re explained everything that was going on with my phone and she ended up getting a tech guy out to help me look at my phone again ended up being a battery issue as I expected so I was able to not only get my phone fixed but also get my $920+ dollars back and all my business information and messages 10/10 service from Katie . I really appreciate the help I received after being treated poorly by another staff member.

  Will never never ever come to this location again, the employees are rude they have you coming back and forth for the simplest things. Was told to bring my device at a certain time and to drop off and needless to say I did not leave my device because of the way I treated, this apple location needs to learn how to treat their valued customers because with out us customers none of you would have a job

  Jesse met me at the door and checked me in. He was warm and welcoming. Such a lovely start to my appointment ! Then I worked with technician Jon. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I learned so much in the time I was there and he didn’t make me feel stupid because I asked questions . He gave me useful hints for connectivity issues and enhanced iPhone performance. This was a wonderful visit. Thanks Jon!

  I wish it was a zero star!! This store lied & said that they have the Apple IPhone 17 Pro Max! I ordered it and when I drove from my home over an hour away to pick it up they told me that they do not have it and my order was canceled smh! Ridiculous!!

  We visited the Apple Store Suburban Square to exchange a band for a new Apple Watch. We were greeted immediately and connected with a friendly, helpful representative. One employee I’d especially like to recognize is Earl, who assisted with our exchange. He took the time to ask about our product and coverage and handled the exchange quickly and without any issues. He also informed us about the free classes offered at all Apple stores, something no one had mentioned during any of my previous visits. If you visit this location, I hope you have the opportunity to work with him. Thank you for the excellent service, Earl. Much appreciated.
