- DRDONNA RDec 8, 20255.0This is a smaller business that you get personal attention in. However, being not normally busy they don't have multiple staff on hand at all times. So if you're the first in (like I was) you will get amazing attention. If you arrive and they are with a customer you'll be greeted, but then you'll need to wait. Unfortunately 4 others came while we were switching 3 lines, adding another, and purchasing 4 new phones and a tablet. Not a quick task. Unfortunately a second employee didn't come in until the first 2 customers had already left. That employee, though, did clock in early to get to work helping the other 2 customers. Then he, Tre, came to assist Paige in starting our transfers. All this to say Paige and Tre were both extremely helpful and kept calm in a situation that normally would have rattled someone else. I feel sorry for the 2 gentlemen who waited so long before leaving unattended, I hope they came back. I know I will!
