Incredibly poor. Waited for help while The employees walked around the outside of the store when they came and went from the break room or the back of the store. I flagged one down. Said he would bring me help. I waited 15 to 20 minutes and nobody showed up and promptly left. I don't think I really want to go back to this store again. I was there to buy a camera. Really wanted to leave with one didn't get anything and left. I will buy what I need on Amazon from now on.

I bought a 50 inch tv for $1000. It finally is delivered to my home and a pixel is out so I drive to the local bestbuy in Altoona, PA about 9 miles away the next day 1/11/26 and they order me a replacement and we schedule a day to bring the new tv and take the defective tv. The in store employees at the Altoona Pa bestbuy was awesome and did their job but that's were it ended.
I had to reschedule
a date for next week for a tv that no one has any idea if the tv will even be available to deliver because today the tv was to be delivered but was not received by the store.
So I'll sit and wait another day at home fingers crossed I didn't stay home for nothing again.
Why would I schedule a new date until you have the tv in stock and in your possession to bring to my home? So I'm to keep scheduling dates for a delivery for a tv you don't have and just sit at home the day of only to be called that the tv is not in your possession. Why wouldn't the store call me and say your tv is in now we can schedule a date to deliver?
Why can I talk to someone in South Africa but I can't talk to the store 9 miles from my home that I shop at? This is the most ridiculous thing.
Total failure.
Why wouldn't someone call me from the Altoona store when the product is in your hands as it's being delivered by the local store. After talking to the 5th person I finally talked to a gentleman from Massachusetts who helped me and scheduled a date.
2 of the 5 reps just hung up on me and the other 2 reps had no idea how to help me and just transferred my call to the other 2. A language barrier seems to be an issue. Saving money but causing major aggravation to the customers. 5 stars for the Massachusetts gentleman but a total failure for the reps in these other countries who we barely understand one another and they couldn't help me.
I guess customers are just to take multiple days off work and sit at home waiting on a purchase when it would be better to wait until the item is available to deliver. The person who made this decision to do it like this obviously has lots of money and time to waste.

So, I bought a dryer in November and it failed on me in January. Apparently, best buy has a 15 day return policy so I can't return it to the store as it is covered under a manufacturer warranty. Ok, fair enough, but it has been over a week and I am STILL unable to get this thing repaired! I have tried to call the store almost every day but I keep getting a call center. Why won't best buy accept a return on an item that is flawed? Don't ever buy any appliance from best buy, they wipe their hands of you after 2 weeks! What a joke this place is! NEVER AGAIN!

I've been shopping at this Best buy since it opened when they created the new Logan Town center. I've never had a bad experience there with staff places always clean. Friendly atmosphere tons of products. My only complaint would be that the website does not always match stock in store. other than that I've got no complaints Good job keep it up!

I was scheduled for an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced. I am only off one day a week and I scheduled it for that day. The closest best buy that handles Apple products is over 1 hour away. I set the appointment, drove the hour to the store and when I arrived they had me sit at the geek squad desk. An employee approached me and told me that the tech was not in today and they were not back for 3 days. Their statement was “I’m sorry, we meant to call you but we forgot”. Their solution is to schedule me for the next appointment available soon can be the first one in. This does nothing, I don’t have another available day for an entire week, and it’s a 2 hour round trip drive. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.
After this, I reached out to customer service to tell them about the experience and see if I drive out there again, will I be compensated for the additional drive and time and to make sure I’m not wasting another 2+ hours. They told me they could not help me do anything except reschedule the appointment and that the compensation had to come from the store itself. I have attempted to call the store several times only to be redirected to the same call center that tells me to call the store.
Eventually a rep gave me extensions to type in, and of course they are invalid extensions. Best Buy is a joke. They will send you in a loop so that you can never accomplish talking to the correct person.
