    I live 45 min from any store, in the middle of nowhere. I called the Altoona store and asked if they had a product in stock. I gave them the guy the Sku # and the guy told me to come to the store. And wouldnt give me an answer on the phone. He expects me to drive an 45 minutes to an hour away, just to see if they have an item in stock, which was the whole point of my phone call. Dude wouldnt tell me anything. He just kept saying stop over the store and if they dont have it, then they dont have it. Very unproffesional if you ask me. I dont care if its high demand item. And oos online. That doesnt tell me if you have them in store...

    Muhammad of Best Buy, Altoona was a tremendous help to us in deciding which TV to purchase. He gave us examples of what each would look like even though the actual wasn't on display in the store. Super fast transaction. Brought it out to our vehicle and along with the help of another employee, got it into our vehicle. Very pleased with the service and the price for a quality brand TV without spending a thousand dollars.
