A BIG shout-out to store managers and delivery guys at Altoona PA Best Buy. Managers Ashley & Alex were awesome. They heard my concerns for my Dad’s new TV not having the outputs to connect to a listening device for his hearing disability. They allowed him to return the TV and purchase another, which they found that would work. Then the delivery guys McKay and Auston not only brought the new TV and took the one being returned, they refused to leave until they helped successfully connect the TV to his streaming device and pair the device to his hearing aids. Kind & thoughtful. Very customer focused. A BIG shout-out!

Worst call experience ever. Can't even verify inventory on a product. I assume most of us know "1 in stock" on a computer screen managed from india doesn't mean they physically have the product.

Bought a gaming desktop after being told I could trade my laptop in at the store. Bought the laptop there one year prior. Desktop came in and the store tells me “our call center actually never knows what they are talking about and just lied to you you can’t trade the laptop in here” scam behavior.

They have things you need. Good displays but it just has no soul. Its not gonna last long if they dont change. They only will look at, fix, and hook up stuff you buy warranty for. I took a ps5 i actually bought there to fix an hdmi port and they said no. So I went to a local shop and I paid 150.00 that's a lost sale. They just dont care. You change and be the best for everyone or just shut it down now

You cannot reach an employee over the phone. One of most infuriating customer service experiences ever. 3 people trying to reschedule an appt for over an hr because you can't call the store directly without going through 50 hoops with the automated system, for it to just hang up on us every time.
