After porting over your line they will bill you with additional fees that weren't discussed with and you would be stuck paying. They will tell you that you need to prepay a few months of service when only 1 month is needed. they would scan an item off the shelf, usb charger.. Etc to get your bill +$100. When making an account they will also demand you to write down your email and password on a sticky note. This is not part of Total Wireless's SOP. Ended up going to the Salem location instead
