Nick, thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Your caring & professional way you handle business, is exemplary!. You stayed around much longer than you could have, working overtime, just to help me. With you, I felt heard, I felt understood, I felt your compassion to help, your expertise, your professionalism, your kindness, it all shined! Thank you so much for going the extra mile, (more like the extra 10 miles) to help me! If everyone who worked in customer service was as efficient, professional, kind, genuine, actually caring about their customers, and doing everything within their power to make sure the customer is feeling valued, heard, and most importantly, appreciated, the way you do, what a better world we would live in!
I went into the west linn Verizon store tonight, right before closing, and I was pretty angry upon arrival. Angry from ongoing issues I’ve been dealing with surrounding my Verizon account for months & months . I had just been hung up on twice when calling Verizon support, so I went straight into the nearest Verizon store tonight. I arrived 5 minutes to closing. I expected to get rushed out the door and was already expecting I’d probably be told to go to another location on the following day. ( as that’s happened in the past)
Nick greeted me with a smile, he patiently listened to me explain my issues, and he went above and beyond to do everything in his power to help me get them resolved. He took detailed notes of my issues, he was 100% honest in telling me this is something that corporate will probably have to address, so I’d have to go to another location, he named the nearest ones. He stayed long after his shift, when he could have rushed me out the door, he didn’t. He stayed, and he took notes of the issues and I felt heard and I felt like he genuinely cared. I arrived to the store mad as could be, swearing I’d never use Verizon again. I left the store thinking,Wow, he really cares, he went above and beyond for me, and for Verizon to have somebody like him representing their name, they are so lucky!
Thanks again, Nick! Verizon is beyond lucky to have you behind their name, representing their business, and I’m forever grateful for your assistance and service tonight. Thank you!
