    I’ve been to the Verizon store twice now in the past couple of weeks to purchase iPhones and an iPad in the West Linn store. Both times Nick had helped me with my purchases. He is very polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond the range of assistance any rep would do for a customer in helping me understand the technology and use of my new purchases. Thank you.

    Daniel has been very helpful and resourceful while dealing with us to upgrade our business phones. He was able to take care of all the challenges that came up as well. We were very impressed with his ability to multitask and deal with all the distractions from other customers, as he was the only one working at this location.
