    Update!!! Went in today to pick up my watch Daniel had ordered for me. It was his day off. I thought I would just be in and out. Nope!! Nick helped me and it was a terrible experience. He had no idea what he was doing. I was there for almost two hours and paid $39.99 to pair my phone with my watch while he helped another customer. Lesson learned. Next time I will wait for Daniel. Daniel was amazing. A new phone and watch that didn’t break the bank. Still a happy customer even after 28 years.

    I had a great experience at the Verizon Wireless store in West Linn. Danny, Ronnie, and Annabel were all extremely helpful — they took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. Their customer service was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for knowledgeable and friendly help with their phone needs.
