Brought my laptop in a week ago. They said it would be a day or two to reinstall Windows. One week later, no word. When I called I spent 40 minutes on hold before they hung up on me. I have no idea if they will ever fix it or if I'm just lost in their system. Nobody seems to care about service. When I've dropped by previously I was ignored, even when I had an appointment. If I knew it would be over a week I would have used someone else as I had work files I needed to access. Never again.

Geek Squad Saves The Day! One of the associates look the time to check my laptop for a virus. Turns out it was as pop-ups. Adjusted the settings and I should be good to go. THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a major bitlocker lock out issue after downloading a windows update. I took my lap top into the tualatin location and was helped by Shannon Fisk. It looked like a lost cause, but she didn't give up and She found a way. I was completely relieved. Thank you Shannon, you're the best!!
