- CKChristian KruseOct 20, 20251.0Brought my laptop in a week ago. They said it would be a day or two to reinstall Windows. One week later, no word. When I called I spent 40 minutes on hold before they hung up on me. I have no idea if they will ever fix it or if I'm just lost in their system. Nobody seems to care about service. When I've dropped by previously I was ignored, even when I had an appointment. If I knew it would be over a week I would have used someone else as I had work files I needed to access. Never again.
