My wife and I had an appointment to have our computer looked at by the Geek Squad at Best Buy, and we were promptly served there. I have always been very happy with the Geek Squad at Best Buy and will return there soon!

They have 15% restock fee for some electronics which makes it tough to buy gifts for people and not able to return with full refund.
Also the return period is 15 days for regular customers and 30 days for the members - membership fee 99$ per year

I love this store! Needed a new washer/dryer and Keegan & Manuel helped me get the ones I wanted. They both went above & beyond checking the various stores for availability so I could get delivered sooner. I highly recommend these incredible young men and their amazing work ethic in really taking care of me, the customer!

My experience was unsatisfactory due to the representative's rapid speech and lack of clarity. Despite my request for him to slow down, he continued at the same pace and persisted in offering promotions even after I declined them. I recommend that Best Buy staff receive additional training on how to interact with potential customers with professionalism and respect. I will not be returning to this store.
