  This one star review is for the fact you can't call the actual store and speak with a human and for the delivery service they contract out with a company called Roadie. Driver never bothers to attempt delivery, he either went to the wrong building or lied, never made contact with me and when I called Roadie 10 mins later, by the time I got ahold of someone there, he never answered their texts and calls either when rhey tried to getvhim to re-attempt delivery. So they told me I had to call the physical store. Well, thats an impossible task now. So their outbound calling center said she transferred me to the store, no one answered, I tried leaving a VM with the info, it hung up on me. Now my order will be canceled and I have to wait for the money to come back onto my card and I needed the product today. I would have done in-store pickup or shipped it if I thought delivery was going to be such a hassle.

  Classic Best Buy - this location actually had a good amount of inventory! Found the phone case I was looking for and a dash mount 👌🏼

  Worst staff to work with. I just spent 1500 on a computer and had the worst customer service experience. No one informed be that a trade in Mac value would drop from a laughable $100 to $35 if I didn’t have the power chord. When I stated it was a rip off and was obviously not happy with the value, an employee took my paid for computer and put it back on the shelf. The manager knowing I’m not happy with the service immediately defends the employee. The place was empty and I’m hopeful the lack of business will get this building out of our community. Item IMMEDIATELY returned solely based on service.

  They had the Pokemon game I wanted... And they arrested a thief when I was there.. very exciting, it was like watching a Magicarp try to fight a Dragon type... The Employees were spitting fire that day, Critical Hits Landed!

  Tanner R. Ketterman in the computer department was absolutely awesome. Extremely friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend stopping by Best Buy and having him help you with really any of your needs.
