After 25 minutes, I approached the 3 Apple employees standing there talking/laughing. I asked if one of them was available to help me. Was told they are delegators and would have someone help me. I asked if one if one them was a senior delegator and could delegate one of the others to help. They seened very confused. Absolutely useless. I left after a total of 30 minutes of zero help.
