  I went in this evening to trade in my phone for a new one and had a really great experience. Steven and the manager on duty (sorry, didn’t catch his name!) were attentive and helpful, offered great advice and set me up with the right phone, not the most expensive one. My kids were encouraged to try out some games while the phone transfer happened and they have decided the “phone store” is the best one out there. It was a smooth and easy process the whole way through. If you need to upgrade or and have a device to trade in, they make it super easy. Thanks for the help and the fun conversation!

  Thank you, Henry! I originally bought the silver Apple Watch but later decided I wanted the black one instead. Henry made the exchange incredibly fast and smooth — I honestly didn’t expect it to be that easy. He explained everything clearly, helped me try different bands to find the right size, and made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciate the great service!

  Dishonest rude and undertrained. I ordered a new iPhone from AT&T which became backordered. AT&T told me to go to the Apple Store, which would access my account and fill the order. Poorly trained kid cancelled my order while trying to fill it. Now I’m out $1000. They blamed AT&T and did not try to help fix their error.

  In my infinite wisdom, I flushed an AirPod down the toilet. I setup an apple care appointment to get it replaced. Unfortunately, after I got home and gave my case a few hours to update the new AirPod to the correct firmware it still didn't work and reported a weird version mismatch. I brought it back the same evening and the manager Jen exceeded my loftiest expectations with amazing customer support to get me taken care of. She was fast, efficient, generous, and reinforced why I'm a lifelong Apple customer. I'm grateful for her dedication to incredible customer service and making sure I was completely satisfied with my support. Great hire! Highly recommended.
