I would not recommend this Apple store to anyone. The gentleman assigned to help us was no help at all and seemed bothered by having to talk to us. He kept telling me to do something with a very thick accent, so I couldn't understand him. He kept walking away or turning away like he was waiting for something better to walk through the door. I couldn't wait to leave, and he did not help solve the problem. Instead, we walked to the Verizon store, were treated much better, and walked out with 4 new phones!

They are understaffed in this smaller store. Doing an iPhone upgrade with trade in took too long.

I showed up for a scheduled Apple Vision Pro demo. I showed up 10 minutes early and got checked in. The guy directed me to a seat and told me someone would be with me. After 30 minutes of waiting I started to try and approach staff to see what was going on. Two staff members ignored me as they walked to the back room even though i was standing i. Frony of them talking directly ti them. I found a group of 4 staff members just huddled and chatting. When i asked for help they all avoided me except for one nice girl who asked how she could help. She was flabberghasted that i had been checked in for all that time and nobody had helped me. She did say she was sorry and that nobody was availavle to help me but that she would get to the bottom of what happened. I was done waiting so i told her not to worry about it. That was my first and only experience in the apple store. For the 45 minutes i was there waiting for the demo a guy was complaining the whole time about his Apple Vision Pro and was trying to get a refund. As a VR enthusiast i was excited to see it but i am pretty sure i wont ever be buying one. I can understand why the rating at this store is low. It seemed like the store needed a manager.

I had the most amazing experience at this store. I usually go to Pioneer store as it is closer than this one but I might stay going to this one from now on. Lucy, one of their managers, was simply great! She was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and queries and was helpful in getting me the phone I wanted. Thank you, Lucy!
