  Bought a macbook air here about a month ago... had to wait about 25 minutes for a sales rep who, along with the rest of the staff, kept talking about sales metrics with who I assume is the manager (edit: reading other reviews, store management might be the crux of the problem) while customers waited. When I finally got helped the person helping me was so disinterested in why I was there and what I wanted, I got cut off while speaking 3 times by the time I had paid and it really soured the experience for me. I do like my new computer, but I wish I got it at the Pioneer Square store, they are so much better. Like, seriously, make the trip to downtown Portland if you're coming from out west, it's worth it to be treated like a person.

  Disrespectful to customer, wasted too much time for waiting me and don’t let the customer know if they no longer available for in stock .

  We went to this Apple Store planning to buy an iPhone this afternoon (04/25/2026). Although it was a busy Saturday, after entering the store, no one greeted us or checked in on us for quite a long time. We stood by a table and observed for a while. We noticed there was a male greeter (standing near the entrance holding an iPad, approx. 5'5" tall, wearing black and white sneakers) who was greeting customers as they came in and assigning available staff to assist those waiting. I made eye contact with him multiple times, hoping he would acknowledge us, but he deliberately avoided looking in our direction. Even when his eyes passed over us, he completely ignored us and instead assigned staff to customers who arrived after us. When I saw him chatting with another staff, I was about to walk over to ask if someone could assist us, but as soon as he noticed us approaching, he immediately turned and walked away. This is the first time I have ever felt such obvious discrimination in a store. We visited downtown and Bridgeport Apple Stores before, and while they were also busy and required waiting, we were never treated differently like this. I’m extremely disappointed that an Apple Store would have an employee like this. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and disgusted. I will not be returning to this location again.

  Hoy estuve en la tienda para ordenar una MacBook los empleados no nos hacen un favor al atendernos, sin embargo me sentí ignorada sólo daban vueltas pedí ayuda y sólo decían alguien vendrá ahora y llegaba más gente y los antendian antes que a mí. Me resigné a pedir en línea para no batallar. Pésima atención

  We brought in our laptop for repairs and we were misled into thinking we were going to get a replacement laptop because of an employee. The employee TOLD us we will be getting a replacement laptop and we can go home while they order a new one. No communication for days, I reached out to Apple support only to find out that the plan has changed and then we have to do a part replacement. Not only did the employee mislead us by telling us false information, there was no clear line of communication and we had to find out ourselves that what was promised to us cannot be done.
