  Can not recommend the store, arrogant service and not supportive at all to travelers from abroad. Don’t see the excellent Apple service as it is provided in Europe.

  I have mixed feelings about this location. On the technical side, the team here is incredibly efficient and clearly knows their stuff -- they'll get your tech issue(s) sorted out quickly and professionally. However, the experience really lacks a "human touch." Unlike the agents you get on Apple's 800-line who are consistently warm and patient, the staff at the Tigard Apple store seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. Very few smiles, and the energy feels incredibly robotic. Most disappointing was how they handled constructive feedback; when I politely suggested a friendlier approach, it wasn't taken well at all. Great if you just need a fast repair, but don't expect ANYTHING in the way of customer service or a welcoming atmosphere.

  Amazing customer service. Even though we didn’t have an appointment and they were busy, they got us right in to talk to a technician. They went above and beyond to find a solution to fix my device.

  I came to the Apple Store as I was thinking about buying a Neo. When I walked into the store nobody greeted me so was trying to introduce myself to a Neo quickly realizing I needed help. The Apple employee’s were in green shirts and I attempted to make eye contact in a sea of green and got nothing not even a glance. I saw what could have been a line and finally I heard someone apologize “it got busy quickly” and I was directed to the Neo’s to wait for assistance. I waited for about 10 minutes but I had to leave to meet my husband. In Apple’s defense they were a bit busy what bother me the most was not being acknowledged, Kerry my

  Everything went wrong with our purchase and trade in. Especially don’t work with Marie, way too sensitive when trying to explain your frustrations after being given the run around for a month
