    I went in today to get a new phone and the sales guy Daniel was so helpful! He made the process so easy and made me feel like a priority. Im new to the area and to have this type of customer service makes me feel welcome.

    I just walked into this Dalles store about 20 minutes ago and encounter the worst service I have had in any retail store. I don’t usually take the time to go and write anything negative I just move on and only take time to review when I have good service. So back to the situation I just had I walked into the store it was 4:15 and I realize the store closes at 5pm but I just got off work and drove over an hour to get there. I was greeted by the one person that was working today and he instatny look at his watch and said “do you have a quick question”. This is all before the front door had even closed. I told him I wanted to add a line to my account for my wife and he said “this will take up to an hour so you’ll need to come back a different day”. I was shocked that he didn’t even try and help me to add a new line on my account from their competitor before even knowing any other info from me. It’s frustrating to waste my whole evening because of this. I mentioned then I had drive an hour to get here at 4:15 thinking I’d get this taken care of before my work week started again and his reply was “maybe you should of got here with more than an hour before we closed” and at that point I was pissed he talked to me like that because I was calm and cool with him up to that point despite being irritated that I wouldn’t get a phone tonight. I pay about $300-$400 monthly to Verizon currently and wanted to add to that and with service I am scheduling a visit to the local TMobile store tomorrow (before 4pm) to switch my whole families service over, very unfortunate this person has such an impact with just being a bad employee, he also wouldn’t give me a mangers name when I asked. I will also be calling the store tomorrow and let them know what went down just so the next person in this spot doesn’t have to waste their time.

    We were John's last customer on a Saturday night. He made us feel at ease by listening and attending to our questions with a smile.We were able to joke and laugh with him the whole experience. He was patient while we fumbled with log ons on our phone, dealt with a dead device and got us set up on our new device very quickly....before closing, I believe! He also offered information that will help us save money on our future bills as well as technological knowledge of devices. We will ask for him by name in the future! Thanks John!
