    Jorge was amazing and helped me fix my phone when I had no idea what was wrong with it. Frozen, wasn't making calls, and I needed it for work. Jorge was able to ensure that I did not lose access to my work documents and system access, while getting my phone back to being able to recieve and make calls and made sure it worked with my YubiKey.

    Jorge is wonderful! It took him less than a minute to get my phone back after I lost access to my programs because i had downloaded a bad app!! I'd been to the Hood River Verizon AND called 611 with poor results, but found him in The Dalles and he fixed it FAST!!! 2 OR MORE THUMBS UP TO THIS GUY!!!
