Christian , Damian and Ben worked seamlessly to help get my upgrade through lots of issues beyond their control. Absolutely the worst cellular experience of my life. I was double charged my payoff, did not receive the promotional credit that I was supposed to by Verizon for my trade in. They messed up my new phone so bad they had to re-do the entire transaction and give me another one. Complete incompetence on every level. I still haven't gotten things fixed after how bad they screwed up and it's been going on for 3 months!

Got a new phone. Tried to return my old one 4 times but wait was over an hour. Now they're saying I'm past the return window and there's nothing they can do so I'm out $830. Terrible customer service.
