If you aren't going to help your customers please add chairs. You have the room, or better add employees to help customers! Our appointment meant NOTHING, we still had to wait behind all the walk ins. Employees looked like they rather be anywhere but there. NOT friendly, not helpful, not worth doing business with. Might look elsewhere. This is NOT the first time we have had SUBSTANDARD service at this location. One time they weren't even open the first hour because the employee opening didnt even show up.
