I HAD BEEN WITH VERZION FOR 9 YEARS GOING WITH A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER T=MOBILE HAPPY WITH THEM AND EVERTHING GOING WITH T=MOBILE I DONT WONT BAD MOUTH VERZION IT HAPPENS PEOPLE LEAVE NETWORKS. I COULD NOT GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUT BECAUSE I TRANSFERED 5 LINES AND APPLE WATCH. I STILL HAD APPLE WATCH AND TABLET ON THE ACCOUNT. WITH JUSTIN HELP I WAS ABLE TO PAY OFF THE TABLET AND MY BILL THAT WAS DUE AND TAKE THE REMAINING DEVICES OFF THE ACCOUNT SO I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. HE ALSO PRINTED COPIES OF MY BILL AND PAY OFF OF THE TABLET. EVEN THOUGH I NOT WITH VERZION ANY MORE. JUSTIN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY I CAN CLEARLY SEE THE DIFFERENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH VALLEY RIVER AND SPRINGFIELD AND SPEAKS FOR IT SELF THE WAY HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME THIS GUY JUSTIN AND OTHER PEOPLE NOTICE THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY HELP OTGER CUSTOMERS. JUSTIN IS AMAZING SHOULD GET PROMATION AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEES.

They specifically told me the fee I paid in person was the activation fee; I went back in and the employee at the store simply said he does not remember the conversation, told me I should of read the flyer.
