I had bought a starlink mini in December as an over the road trucker I’m in TX night bought it in Springfield. It fell off the roof of the truck where it was mounted. All I’m trying to do is get ahold of cut support at the store I bought it from. And all I get is geek squad and they don’t help plus I was told the store doesn’t except phone calls not impressed

They have about the crappiest service I've ever seen. I was in the store a good 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledged I existed. Personell were standing around cokin and joking they would look my way and turn so we wouldn't make eye contact. Employees would walk by and not even acknowledge I was there.

Why not change the label from “sales person” to “order taker” and don’t expect a bag as they charge you for the item and walk away like you were an inconvenience to the “sales” staff. They also fed me nonsense lies about the item I wanted. Even making me say, “with all due respect, I disagree the item can do what you are saying will you please check?” Their negative energy when questioned is ridiculous. Before I drop a thousand on the item. Could you check? Eye roll and sigh come next then a reluctant look for the answer. When I’m right they shrug and say oh wow like a stoner. Frankly, I’ll buy six models online at once, test at home and return six or seven to Best Buy. Don’t waste your time in-person.

I go for buy not ask for free. People’s work there are useless, no knowledge about things, they don’t know what they are doing make things so complicated, I not recommend to buy from this store. They are not willing to help you. it ruined my day, waste of my time and money. It will be last time I brought electronics stuff from here.

I just had a Kenwood car stereo and back up camera installed on my 2008 CRV. The process and service was top notch! I ordered the stereo and related components online because I live 50 miles south of Springfield. Setting up the install time was easy. I arrived at the store a bit early and Jaime Medrano immediately got the process going. He did an excellent job with the install, finishing earlier than estimated. He then took his time answering all my questions and helping me navigate the new stereo. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend the Springfield Best Buy for all car stereo and installation needs! This review was written for Deb Ezzati, since she couldn't access Google reviews.
