How can you not love BestBuy, they have great prices and even greater service. The online orders are ready usually within 15 mins and the curbside pickup takes 5 mins or less, great service all around. I won't go anywhere else for my electronic needs!

Scam worthy at best. Went in to Best Buy to buy a 2k gaming PC, thinking they'd be knowledgeable, helpful and more legitimate than other places like Walmart and Target but I was vastly wrong. I came in looking a specific computer, I had the SKU # from online and everything yet the older man "helping" me tried to give me the run around. He suggest 4 other computers that weren't the one I wanted, didn't tell me the differences or why he was suggesting them. Then when I asked about the warranty plan he kept trying to upsell me a membership to the point where I had to bluntly tell him that wasn't going to happen and I need the price of the warranty plan to which he then responded "I don't really know" All in all a waste of an hour and had me putting my wallet back in my pocket. I came in with 2k in my bank, ready to buy a computer and I left frustrated and annoyed. Teach your employees how to sell what the CUSTOMER NEEDS not what the employee want us to buy. This store needs some serious sales help and although I know the 2k sale won't make a big difference I will be loudly encouraging no one to shop at Best Buy. How can I trust you not to scam my friends and family who aren't as loud and adamant as me? You've lost my trust and all future sales ✌️

Best buy has gone to shit. It used to be good but now it's garbage. Horrible customer service, the support line is garbage and hung up on me 6 out of 7 phone calls. No resolve for issues. I ordered a fridge, it was to be delivered today, got the text yesterday to prepare, so removed my old fridge (no fridge in house now) got the text this morning that it was out for delivery. Called at 1 to get a narrowed down time frame and I'm informed it's not coming! Fuming! No notification, status still says out for delivery today, now they are telling me I can't get it for two more weeks. Unacceptable! Absolutely unacceptable. I followed everything it said to do, now I have no fridge in my house and new fridge not coming for 2 weeks. I have been a huge customer of BB for 20ish years. No more. You have lost a customer.

Not all but some survive givers on the customer service are so disrespectful.
they treat badly specially if you try to get some thing from inside if they don’t have around the place, I was trying to get phone and want to approve credit cards but they don’t want to help people it’s not only because of them it’s also because the managers and leader has luck of leadership I don’t know why I went there yesterday and they were so disrespectful , not helpful and the survive was rude.
so I didn’t get the service because of their bad service giving .

Normally I love this place.
However it took me a while to realize this was the wrong price.
I should have know better.
But for a moment I really thought I was gonna save money and buy the arena 7 for 169.00$.
I was like man this is a steal.
Noooope.
They miss priced it .
And it seems like a tactic more than a simple mistake.
Kinda annoying to be honest
