Which was not what I cared about. They didn’t listen they spoke at me, and I left having not been helped and in the same position.

Their humor, kindness, and professionalism turned what’s usually a chore into a genuinely enjoyable visit. If every Verizon rep was like “Alexander the Great,” no one would ever dread dealing with phone stuff again. Highly recommend! And he made me smile!
