I had a bad experience yesterday after having my phone stolen. All I want is my phone number and hotspot transferred to my ipad so I can use the internet and my google voice wherever. And instead of anyone helping me, they told me what they think I need. Which was not what I cared about. They didn’t listen they spoke at me, and I left having not been helped and in the same position.

I had the best experience at the Verizon store in South Salem on Commercial Street! The person who helped me — “Alexander the Great” — absolutely lived up to the name. They went above and beyond to help me navigate through a few tricky issues, explained everything clearly (and patiently), and somehow made the whole process fun. Their humor, kindness, and professionalism turned what’s usually a chore into a genuinely enjoyable visit. If every Verizon rep was like “Alexander the Great,” no one would ever dread dealing with phone stuff again. Highly recommend!
And he made me smile!

My daughter made an appointment to go to Verizon to get on her own plan. She, my wife, and I also wanted to upgrade our iPhones. We were lucky to have Alex as our onsite tech. He was efficient, professional, and affable. Top notch customer service and we were out of there in an hour. Thanks Alex for the amazing service!

Rude and not helpful. I changed carriers and I'm done with Verizon forever.
