- JGJovan Garcia-ReyesFeb 14, 20261.0I took 3 phones for cell repair 7 weeks ago. 2 of the phones were fixed but 1 was not. The guys said he needed parts. I've been calling every week or 2 checking up on an update and everything the guy that looks like a 12 year old tells me "hhm. Yeah boss I'll have him reach out to you and contact you" I e only spoke with the repair guy 1 time and that was when I dropped off my phones. The other 5 times were with el niño. I called today and the boy said "he's a very busy man he has other customers and other stores he goes to" so I asked when will he be there? He said "idk" I reminded him it's been almost 2 months and I haven't heard from anyone. He kept cutting me off wouldn't let me speak so I told him "I'll.jus go get my phone tomorrow" he said "none of my staff will help you no one will give you your phone back we can't get to it" so I asked when is the guy going to be there? And he said "idk he won't be here tomorrow" and as I was about to tell him I'm going to get my phone, he hung up on me. And now when I call he picks up and hangs up. Its the same little boy that starts every conversation with "hhhmmm yeah boss" do not go here.
