- ATAnna Thoreau3 days ago1.0Not good. My moto phone's (bought at a Cricket store) maps stopped working after an update and I went into the store for help to trouble shoot. The employee took my phone and didn't work on it with me, I had to ask to watch what she was doing. She said she was going to reset it, "and it wouldn't change anything, just reset". Well, the wallpaper changed, and I had to re-enter the wifi password at home to start, of what didn't change. And the worst part was I asked for an explanation of the resetting process, so it would be an option for me, if I had problems in the future, and she literally said, "you won't understand." That's pretty rich. It would be worth it to pay people decently so they would have better standards for customer service. And, "you wouldn't understand" that is truly laughable.
