  My fiancé and I went into the Cricket Wireless inside the Salem Center Mall needing help with my phone. We had lost the other phone and had to get service on my phone. Yazmine treated us with so much respect and kindness. She didn’t just do her job well—she went above and beyond. It showed that she truly cares about people and treats customers like human beings, not just transactions. We are so grateful for her good deed and the way she helped us.
