The sale woman Laura or Loren sale to me a phone and purchase an insurance without asking if I want to have it. She refused to give me a receipt of the purchase of the phone.! She give me a prepotent attitude that makes me feel never comeback to the store. I been with Cricket for over 10 years in different states and this is the first time I have a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. In my opinion she doesn't have the experience to perform her job. She is prepotent with negative attitude and makes me feel to not comeback to the store again. Cricket should not have people like her working for the company. She took a picture of my transaction and she tell me "this is your receipt" .
