  I absolutely love this store and have for years. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Everytime I need a new phone,I worry about the changeover. The staff here make it so easy and will also try to get me the best deals possible. Collin Giles is wonderful and should be treated as a valuable asset. I just can't say enough good things about this store and all of the staff that have helped me over the years.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about my recent experiences at this store! I’ve been to many cell phone retailers over the years, but this location truly stands out for its outstanding customer service, patience, and professionalism. I actually had two separate visits in the same week, and both times I left completely impressed and extremely happy. My first visit was on Sunday, when I brought my preteen in to get their very first phone. As any parent knows, that’s both an exciting and slightly nerve-wracking milestone! Luckily, Aaron was there to help us, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He took the time to explain all of the phone options in a way my child could understand, answered every single question we both had, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He made the experience fun and educational even though the store was very busy! Then, just a few days later, on Wednesday, I found myself back at the store because I needed to replace my own old phone. This time I worked with Collin, the store manager, and once again, the experience was fantastic. Collin was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also amazingly efficient and kind. He took the time to review my account, make sure I was getting the best possible deal, and walked me through every step of transferring my data and setting up my new phone. What really impressed me was how he balanced professionalism with friendliness — he made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. Collin even checked in on how the phone we bought for my preteen was working out, which really showed that he cares about his customers and remembers them. Both Aaron and Collin turned what could have been stressful situations into genuinely pleasant experiences. It’s so refreshing to encounter employees who take pride in their work and clearly enjoy helping people. The atmosphere in the store was positive, everyone seemed to work well together, and it was clean, organized, and welcoming. I honestly wish every customer service experience could be like this one. Thanks to Aaron and Collin, our family is set up with phones we love, plans that make sense for us, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing we can come back any time and be treated with respect and care. If you’re thinking about visiting this location — do it! Thanks Cricket! You guys are the dream team!

  I have been to several Cricket stores for help but the gentleman at Commercial St at Cricket is unbelievably helpful, he should get some kind of reward for all he does to help people. Bless him 🙏
