Never shopping with Best Buy again. All I wanted was the measurements of an appliance. The exact measurements were not listed online. I called the store that is an hour from my home. An AI voice reconnected me to a customer service center that was clearly not in the United States. I simply asked to be transferred to my local store so that I could have somebody spend 30 seconds to give me a measurement of a $1600 refrigerator. They refused to even talk to me unless I gave them my name, address and email.

I am so disappointed in Best Buys service. I bought a fridge. It was delivered with a broken door shelf. The delivery guy made an appointment and ordered the part. I received confirmation. I check a week later and no appointment was set up. I set the appointment up. I called to confirm they had the part. They confirmed they had the part. Delivery guy shows up and does not have the part. He orders part. A week later I get a call telling they can no longer order the part and need to exchange the fridge. I asked if they have a floor model or could they just exchange the shelf. No, I have to empty all my contents out and wait for the fridge and freezer to get cold AGAIN. Completely inefficient and zero customer consideration. Also, they are giving me a fridge they can't service as parts aren't available. I will not buy from them again. I've had to take time off several times now. Totally inconsiderate.

We came here looking to purchase an appliance package for our kitchen. I wasn't expecting much, but ended up being blown away by the customer service we received. A gentleman named Tre helped us out, and his knowledge and expertise regarding the various brands and products they sold was amazing. He really helped my wife and I narrow our choices down, and to find exactly the features we wanted. He then proceeded to get us a great package deal on an entire new set of kitchen appliances for an outstanding price. I would highly recommend this location, and specifically Tre, for helping us get the kitchen setup we have always wanted.

01/05/26 I purchase a replacement DVD blue ray player that was nothing less than a piece of garbage. Yes I did return one of the same before this DVD player. Cost $94.99 it was outside the refund date so you rip me off! I took it back to the store when they refused to give me a refund I just left it on your counter as I do not want in my trash can! My customer experience with the clerk she did not have a pleasant tone and I told her I was not going return back and never be a customer again; she said good we don’t want you back as a customer. She was a little on the chubby side and wears black rim glasses! For the record I was not making a fuss what so ever I was nice!
Last: I had already returned two other items that was defective as well and received my refund. I am convinced that you sell nothing less than refurbish items. I would discourage anyone not to shop at Best-buy!

Bought a laptop, the end of July 2025, got extended warranty with it. Had it for 6 months screen started to go blank, took it in, was told that laptop had a malfunction, when i asked to have it replaced, I was told that i would have to pay an additional $400. Cuz laptop is no longer on sale. How is it fair for me to purchase a laptop with extended warranty, just to be told.Have to pay more money cause not on sell anymore.Best Buy is a joke.I would go somewhere else For any electronics.
