Having issues with some of my new tech that I was gifted during the holidays and I can’t say enough about how much time and effort these guys put into helping me out even though I didn’t even purchase anything from them. Great service! Thanks again Mac peeps!

We just went trying to buy a good lap top
For school and it was like buying a car pressure like crazy to add this and buy this over and over and then they wanted to add our card for auto renewal which was not disclosed.
Then someone else was just answering a question about for me and the sales man seemed all rude to the kid doing his job also. Then the boss in the computer area kept whispering and telling the sales person what to to say. So unprofessional in Salem

They had a pretty decent selection of the latest electronics and accessories to compliment them. Staff was eager to help me realize that they don't carry anything from last season though. Was looking for a specific accessory for my phone and discovered that, unless it came out this season, they don't carry it and I'd have to go online to find it. I had done that already...just didn't have the time to wait for it. Other than that, the place was great!

I want to like this place but it seems like every time I make a purchase here at the Salem store, when I am picking it up, inside or curb-side, doesn’t seem to matter, some employee will find a way to mess things up.
Today they put their “pick up” sticker directly onto the box of the item which ruined it when I attempted, ever so slowly to remove it. So now, the container for this expensive holiday gift looks like trash.
Also recently, I purchased a TV through their app. Shortly thereafter, received a text and email telling me it’s ready and to come get it. Drove there only to learn they don’t actually have it in stock anymore, which made no sense to me since one would think they would physically have the item in their possession, so they can put one of those godawful stickers on it with the person’s name that’s picking it up, before their system or worker sends the message to come and get it. Equally annoying is that it took a few days for the charge to be removed from my account.
I’ll just go back to buying these basic electronic items on Amazon. At least there, some skinny loss prevention dude won’t jump out from your flank and pepper you with dumb questions as you walk into the store.
