  Literal scammers I wish I knew the number to lodge a complaint. I had got 2 phones ported over to cricket yesterday for their iPhone 16e deals and paid $140 just for the phones and service. I come in to port over my other 2 lines today and they wana charge me $190. I asked the lady to break down the pricing and she couldn’t even explain how it got to $190. Charging for sims and some other bs. Do not go to this store they will scam you blind. She told me service for 2 lines was $93 when the sheet on her table literally said $90. Go to Keizer or any other location unless you like being scammed

  Not good. My moto phone's (bought at a Cricket store) maps stopped working after an update and I went into the store for help to trouble shoot. The employee took my phone and didn't work on it with me, I had to ask to watch what she was doing. She said she was going to reset it, "and it wouldn't change anything, just reset". Well, the wallpaper changed, and I had to re-enter the wifi password at home to start, of what didn't change. And the worst part was I asked for an explanation of the resetting process, so it would be an option for me, if I had problems in the future, and she literally said, "you won't understand." That's pretty rich. It would be worth it to pay people decently so they would have better standards for customer service. And, "you wouldn't understand" that is truly laughable.

  Mal servicio, deveran ayudarte y no empeorar las cosas. No vuelvo a ir a ese lugar. Voy a cancelar mi linia. Yo meresco algo mejor por qué es mi dinero.
