  I went there for them to help me get back into my phone. The person there couldn't help me didn't even know how to reboot the telephone. I just wish they would get people who knew what they were doing with the telephones that they're selling, not a McDonald's employee selling telephones.

  My fiancé and I went into the Cricket Wireless inside the Salem Center Mall needing help with my phone. We had lost the other phone and had to get service on my phone. Yazmine treated us with so much respect and kindness. She didn’t just do her job well—she went above and beyond. It showed that she truly cares about people and treats customers like human beings, not just transactions. We are so grateful for her good deed and the way she helped us. Cricket Wireless has always been good to us, and this experience just proves how much their staff cares. Thank you, Yazmine, and thank you Cricket for the wonderful service.
