  Great products as always and fantastic customer service at this location. Jonathan (HiSense Specialist) and Jayden (LG Specialist) took great care of us. We love our new TVs.

  We came by for a Lego set we had seen a while ago and an employee was very kind in helping us. Unfortunately they didn't have any at this location but the employee was able to help us order one to be sent to our house.

  Hello Store manager JAKE OLMSTEAD?? I had a stocky white male with brown hair in the cell phone area help me put a screen protector on my new iPhone yesterday. I paid my $8 and left without checking it. He didn’t put it on correctly so there were bubbles throughout the screen. I tried to call bb to see if I could get this fixed at a different bb as I am from out of town, but they don’t have a phone!! Just tech support. What an inconvenience, so I drove 20 minutes back to the store to have someone else put it on correctly. So I wasted lots of gas money. I will never shop Best Buy again. Horrible customer service. I would give the name of the associate who helped me but I didn’t look at his name tag and the receipt doesn’t state it. But he’s a stocky white guy with brown hair in his mid thirties. I wouldn’t bother to leave a review, but Jake was out of the store and I can’t call the store, so here we are. I am not on social media, so don’t ask me to respond to any questions via that channel. I hope Amazon swallows you up Best Buy, you’re just as bad as the all the other giant retailers. Update: I got a response from management yet they tell me to contact them through social media when I specifically said I’m not on social media in my complaint . So what should I do Best Buy ????

  They stock the latest and greatest carrier unlocked galaxy phones. They have the latest and greatest phones too but they are carrier locked. They have older unlocked ones.

  Best buy is always so helpful and patient. Shout out to Manny who always greets people walking in, with a smile and positive attitude. He welcomes you and asks if he can help you look for anything, Adam is always so helpful and will radio his co-workers if he doesn't know where to find something. He always positive and listens to your thoughts, concerns, or when you're trying to describe something but don't know what it's called lol. Then there's this one lady manager (can't remember her name) but she's very knowledgeable and knows where most items in the store are, she's super nice and will laugh at your jokes even if they aren't funny. Then there's the Geek Squad, they really know their stuff and if one of them is having trouble, then another one jumps in and they just bounce off each other's ideas on what the problem might be. All around, Best Buy is affordable, convenient, and just a super positive place to be.
