  Rep their was very helpful getting new phone set up and help fix a bill the customer service they had to call was very nice and gave me discount for the mix up great place didn’t try force me to but anything I didn’t need or want was more focus on my needs then making me money

  Dan helped us with adding another shared line to our account and activating the promotion we were offered online. He was very professional on call to customer service. He also helped us with our technical issues we were experiencing with another phone on our account. I highly recommend this agent who I felt went above and beyond to assist us and this VZW location to accommodate your needs.
