  Such a poor place for customer service. The "manager" makes me wish I didnt wven have Cricket. I dont think i will after this cycle anyways ..

  Why has the connection been so poor lately? I pay 125 every month, yet I can't even have a simple phone conversation properly, Take measures to improve the quality of your connection, or charge no more than $2 for the service, Since your network coverage is poor, please take measures to improve your service; otherwise, I will file a lawsuit seeking compensation for moral damages.

  Got to the Roseburg store at 3:35pm. There was a note on the door in hand writing that said at lunch back at 4:30pm. Waited until 5:15pm and no one came back, door still locked and no one answering the phone. Pretty ridiculous.

  Service is fine and we've been with cricket for over 7 years. Went into the Roseburg location to buy a SIM card and the rude and unprofessional Mario refused to sell us one. We bought it online but it was very off-putting as was seeing his wife just handing out, not very professional. I'm stuck with this phone I just upgraded but the other 4 lines are jumping off to other providers. Six months from now I will too.

  Horrible customer service. The management girl was argumentative, talked over you, would not listen to you, it was a nightmare! And we have been cricket customers for over 11 years! This by far was the worst customer service! Will never return to that store again! She has no business being in a managerial position
