The employees aren’t knowledgeable anymore even with simple stuff. And they are arrogant and they don’t care. Feels worse then a normal Verizon company store. Zahn was very helpful in describing the different attributes of the iphone 17 pro max. he was very patient with my sister and I, as we are technologically challenged! one of the phones we were updated was for my brother who lives in a different city, he recommenced the McMinnville store who were very helpful to him also. This is the second time I have purchased phones from this store, and received exceptional service, previous purchases were done at the Hwy 97 store in Redmond, where we were treated extremely rudely.

He Set two of the phones up for us and informed us that our brother could pick up the third phone and have it set up at their sister store in McMinnville. He was so polite, offered us water and when we were leaving he came and held the door for us. I would recommend him to anyone that is considering purchasing a new phone.
