He helped troubleshoot some major issues on my account that were caused by previous errors, and he handled everything with patience, clarity, and transparency. What really stood out was how well he multitasked. While helping me, he was also assisting another in-store customer, speaking with someone over the phone, and even helping a gentleman who had a virus on his device — all without ever making any of us feel rushed or overlooked. It honestly seemed like someone had called out and he was picking up the extra workload, but he still kept a positive attitude and stayed focused. Nick is definitely someone I would go back to again. He’s a hard worker, knowledgeable, honest, and truly goes above and beyond for customers. Verizon is lucky to have him.

I shouldn’t have to go to the store and ask if they have it and then be told I need to call customer service to cancel the order. Update: I replied to the email below letting them know how poorly this was handled. Verizon customers are told an in store pickup can take up to two hours to be fulfilled and I waited three with no ability to contact the store directly. My status did not update. Their response to my concerns clearly did not address my concerns. (Some info from my email requires redaction as in contains personal information)

I had a bad accident with my phone and she was calm, cool, and collected while getting me set up with a new one and ensured I had the best possible deals on my new phone and plan along the way.
