The representative I spoke with was incredibly disrespectful and actually lashed out at us, eventually telling us to "step away" and use a side table rather than assisting us. Being treated like a nuisance when trying to make a major purchase is unacceptable.

I feel bad for the many people who waited and ended up leaving because the wait was taking so long. The employee Stephano was super helpful, skipped his lunch, and dealt with a drunk guy who came in, while he was dealing Verizons systems trying to get my exchange done. I can't say how much I appreciate his help, and he dealt with everything professionally. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the process to exchange my phone took over 2 hours.
