I was laughing the entire time. To be honest, best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store. Pretty sure it's because of him I didn't have a complete breakdown after unexpectedly having to get a new phone. He got me a new phone and made sure I had the most updated equipment for my wifi. Someone get this guy a raise!!! Thanks again for making this the smoothest Verizon trip ever.
