    I recently switched to Verizon after being with AT&T since 2006. I wish I would have switched over sooner. The overall experience and customer service is superior, especially in store. I worked with Brian and he made the transition really smooth for me and my family. Appreciate working with you Brian, and thanks for helping me and my family make the switch.

    Bad processes at this store. They don’t follow their own protocol. I had an appointment. I arrived on time and checked in on the app. I paid for parking outside the store. I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment. The app said that I was next in line. Employees ignored me with my scheduled appointment and continued helping walk in customers. The Verizon staff would ask the security guard who to serve next. It was so weird. Instead of following their customer order in the Verizon app, the security guard would mentally keep track of which customer had been waiting the longest. The security guard employee told me I would be helped soon and I asked why walk in customers were being helped ahead of appointment customers and he shrugged and walked away. I ended up leaving unserved.

    Whenever I have a problem with one of the phones or plans on my service I make an appointment to come here. They always fix it for me and they are very knowledgeable these days. The manager knows what he is doing and hires smart people. This may change, but hopefully not. I usually get in day of with the appointment and find parking pretty easily. I'm very happy with the service here, these days.

    My Google fold phone crashed so I went to the Verizon store in downtown Portland. I was met by Cameron Lee, the store manager. He took the time to hear about my problem and went through several tests and determined I either needed a new phone or have it repaired. To save me money, he suggested I visit their repair agent, UbreakIfix which I did. They took my phone immediately and worked on it for a couple of hours and got it up and running without losing any data/information. Cameron just followed up with me to see how the repair went. In this day, it is so refreshing to have someone care. Thank you Cameron for all the help.

    Oh my gosh there are so many negative reviews for this location!! I am not even a Verizon customer but I got these 2 phones in the mail- weirdly enough on my birthday. I brought them to the store on Broadway to return them and find out what happened and I was told they couldn’t help me. I was sent to the St John’s store (roughly 25 min away with traffic) because it was a corporate store and when I got there, it was the same story. It’s been a wild goose chase just to return these phones. The guys at St John’s Verizon said the only 2 corporate stores in Portland are in DOWNTOWN and CASCADE STATION (30 min from St John’s location). You’re wasting your time if you go to this location on Broadway or the St John’s location. He literally gave us the address 8222 Ivanhoe!!! Confirmed it was a corporate store! How representatives are sending people on a friggen scavenger hunt all over town just to return these phones is not customer service. I don’t know why this had to be so hard. The guy at the Broadway store said this is very serious and my identity is compromised. Maybe if you understand what your customers are going through you wouldn’t make it so hard on them. I’m not even a customer and now definitely NEVER will be. I was so mad after getting to the 2nd store that I gave up. They’ll get these phones back when they get them back I guess.
