I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years straight now. The "official" Verizon stores have always been hit n miss in my experience but this specific location has always provided me with top notch customer service which I greatly appreciate and attribute as a big a reason why I am still with them after all of these years. Keep it up!

Verizon is a scam and have hidden fees, didn't they just have a lawsuit about this and had to pay everyone back? (Even if it was $100)
Well their at it again, I just checked my balance and saw that Verizon changed the balance back up to $1,299 (full price) after I used my $400 trade in making the phone balance $899. I called 611 and they told me I was on a 36 month contract, this wasn't explained to me when I traded in my iphone 12 pro max for the new samsung galaxy s25 ultra. If this was explained to me clearly I would've kept the iphone I have.
It's the fact I had this phone for 11 months and it was to my understanding the phone would be $899 when I left the store and the phone would be paid off by this time around Feb 2026.
The issue I'm having with Verizon is the lack of communication and the secret hidden fees and increasing the price on the phones without sending an email or letter explain why the phone went back to the original price with the trade in.
I've talked to 3 different representatives and it still doesn't make sense how this was presented to me at the time.
I feel blackmailed, now I have to stay with a 3 year contract unless I pay the amount in full especially, if I have expressed that this wasn't explained to me and I wasn't given the terms of the contract in paper, before I left the store with my new phone back in Feb 2025.
Either way Verizon is making extra bonus money, you're paying off a phone which should've had a low balance in the first place, you can't tell me their not benefiting from that money.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Bradley for helping my partner and I with a complicated billing issue that persisted for almost an entire year and would have cost us over $1000. After talking to various associates at different stores and calling numerous times, they were the first person to take the time to understand the issue and went above and beyond to ensure it actually got resolved. Honestly I don't remember the last time an associate anywhere made me feel like they had my back like Bradley did. Very much appreciated 💜 Highly recommend supporting this store.
