    Wonderful customer and pet service. I brought my cat in after he had an accident on me in the car and the staff were extremely helpful, bringing me supplies to get him cleaned up and even a new pair of pants! They were kind and offered a supportive environment for a very stressed out cat (and owner). As for veterinary care, they assessed his needs and prescribed the appropriate medication (and some meds for his stress). Overall a 10/10 experience after a stressful arrival and I cannot thank the team enough for their help.

    This was the first time I've ever had to euthanize an animal and it was excruciating but the staff at VCA Woodstock were so kind and supportive. They explained everything and allowed me to take my time with my sweet girl and tell them when I was ready. I am so grateful to them for helping me get through this. ❤️

    The staff and veterinarians here are the best people ever and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I could give ten stars I most definitely would they went above and beyond and they know how to handle animals the correct way

    This place is wonderful. Everyone was so nice. They were very good with my senior cat. She was puring when we left. Even after getting a shot. I will definitely come here again.

    I love taking my kitty, Ember, here! They are so kind and clear with me and they treat her very well. She is a very shy, indoor kitty, but we've never had an issues taking her to this vet clinic and she is very calm with the technicians. I also really appreciate that they are upfront about cost and give you options without pressuring you into choosing the most expensive one. I highly recommend taking your animals to this clinic!
