This place is wonderful. Everyone was so nice. They were very good with my senior cat. She was puring when we left. Even after getting a shot. I will definitely come here again.

There are a couple of good techs here. But it's almost like it's part of their culture, that people at the desk be rude to customers. The girl today was terrible and there have been bad interactions in the past. Been coming here for years and have seen them come and go. Also, they don't answer phones???

Great vet and nurses. Dr. Newton was kind, courteous and caring in helping find the best path forward for our aging canine, prioritizing compassion over profits.

We’ve been bringing our dog here for some time, and I want to start by saying the doctors and vets are excellent. They clearly care about the animals, and our dog absolutely loves them. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently soured by the front desk staff, who create a really unwelcoming environment.
Each time we’ve visited, the front desk team has been rude and dismissive. They barely acknowledge you when you walk in and seem more interested in whatever they’re doing than in helping clients. One recent example: after my dog’s appointment, I stepped outside because there was a cat in the lobby, and my dog doesn’t do well around cats. When I came back in to ask about paying my bill, the front desk person snapped, “What do you want?” It was so abrupt that I actually questioned if maybe I’d come off as rude first. I let it go, thinking maybe it was just an off day.
However, this morning my wife called to schedule an appointment for our puppy to make sure he’s up-to-date on shots before an upcoming trip, and once again the rudeness was immediate. She was met with a condescending, “Well, you’re going to need to ask the doctor,” when she was simply trying to get the ball rolling. When we inquired about testing for our dog, she was cut off mid-sentence with, “You can drop the samples off at any time,” with no attempt to explain the process or be helpful.
I completely understand having a bad day—it happens to all of us—but this isn’t about one bad day. It’s been a consistent pattern across multiple visits and interactions. At some point, enough is enough. We value the vets here, but the front desk makes us question whether this is the right place for our pets.
