I came here for a scheduled visit. My last visit was for a semi-emergency more than 5 years ago. I was very pleased with the personal service I received from Dr Currah. My old lady chihuahua was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. And a good friend recommended this place. It’s super convenient because it’s only a 5 minute drive! The wait was a little bit long, but that is the case with clinics that deal with emergencies and helps them prioritize the in-distress first. I was happy to be treated like a person, and a pet parent instead of just a number! Minnie was so relaxed, she took a nap while we waited! I’d recommend these folks! They set me up with more heart meds for my girl and even threw in a free “first visit!”

They can't say it's an emergency hospital. I arrived with my pet at 12:30 noon, it's 2:15 pm and I'm still waiting in the room. They just locked me in and nobody comes. I already asked how much longer I have to wait and they don't know. They're only interested in money. Don't bring your pets to this place.

I called because I needed one tick removed from my husky near her nose and they said they were charged me $189 just to get her checked out by the doctor and then any services or any medication that she would need after is separate. I went to Petco. They would take it out for free, gave me advice on the whole situation. and prescribe my dog gummies so it would prevent any disease to contact with humans, and from her getting more ticks go to Petco.

Brought our beloved elderly family cat in for care. Always being so enthusiastic and high energy her sudden breathing difficulty and disinterest in food was an immediate red flag. She was promptly taken back due to meeting high level of care criteria. Unfortunately, the prognosis was not good and her condition had become severe very quickly. Options were presented very well and professionally, very good synopsis of issues and pathways possible conveyed by Dr. Menikar. We made the difficult decision to make her as comfortable as possible and gather the family around her to say goodbye. They had a beautiful room with a prismatic tinted skylight so it refracted color all around. The people there clearly care and were compassionate throughout. Our family is very grateful for the care we received during one of the most difficult times a pet owner can face.

I recently had to rush my emotional support cat to this place. They would not allow me at the exam. 2 minutes later I had to mark DNR because I knew he fading fast. They let me hold him and love him. And talked to him then I gave the ok to let him go. They were so nice and sympathetic. I asked them how much. Bill was paid in full by an anonymous person. Thank you for for helping me.
