To discuss costs in these trying times: The new care plans are good options to break high cost establishment care for new kittens or puppies into affordable monthly payments for their first year. The cost of care out of pocket falls in the middle, not the low or high end, and the initial exam as a first time patient is free.

They have gone above and beyond with me when I had new pet jitters. I'm not sure how many people out there have pets that get excited when you pull into the vets parking lot. But Birdie knows there are hugs and treats on the other side of that door.

Within the first visit, we knew it was a much better match! The vets are personable and the staff are genuinely invested in our pets. They have much more open availability than our last clinic which was also called a “hospital” yet took no emergency visits, leaving us high and dry in our biggest moments of need with our pets. We will only use VCA from now on!
