Brought my computer in for cleaning after getting hacked and can’t print , the screen is so dark I can’t use it at all, and it took over a week to get it back. This is not service, this is incompetence.

Cascade Station Best Buy: This is the second time I've had Aaron, a young handsome black man, help me with my newly purchased Laptop. He's terrific! Patient, attentive, and knows his stuff. He makes sure I'm satisfied with the results and the work that has been done. I'd be happy to return to this location for Aaron's help any day!

This place is a disaster from the top down. Scheduled an appointment on their website to have my phone fixed. Drove 30 mins to arrive on time. Spoke with a young black guy and a Hispanic girl (wannabe manager). Once I arrived I noticed my appointment was next on the screen. After I spoke with the Geek Squad they said they didn't have the parts they needed to fix it. They told me to contact Samsung. I told them I did and they sent me to this best buy and then they replied that this "wasn't our fault, Samsung didn't send us the parts we need". When I asked why they allowed online scheduling for this repair and asked why I wasn't told ahead of time, they responded that this wasn't their fault either. Save your time by avoiding this location and go to a store that's actually managed by people who know what their doing.
