While their phone service, other agents, ticketing system, and billing software all get 0 stars. I spilled liquid on my laptop and tried to dry it quickly but the next day when I pressed keys it added extra characters. Touch screen and everything else still worked So I took it into Geek squad despite my insurance being over. They had to send it off to their repair center. When out for repair they said the key board needs replacing as well as the hard drive. Mind you they repaired the hard drive less than a year ago. But whatever. I called to ask if my install of MS Project would stay on it. They said maybe with a data backup. So I called the repair center to do a data backup and add ram. Turns out the repair center can't do that, the store has to. Aaron triage the call from the store and added that a data backup from my old drive needed to happen and ram upgrade. This was Wednesday of last week. Thursday I get a call that it's all done. So I go into the store and fine out they didn't complete the in store repairs. So I head home without a laptop and wait for the in store repairs to finish. I got a call sunday that its finished. I get to the store and they did the data backup but couldn't recover much maybe 5% of files were there. Which they charged me for. And MY RAM WASNT UPGRADRD! I came in twice and it still wasn't done. They charged me for an incomplete service of data backup, did not increase the ram, and gave me the replaced keyboard. I will not be going back.
