Was told it had a lifetime warranty . Was in the neighborhood and the stand on the case wouldn't lock back in ,so wanted to get a replacement. Was told that I needed the original box and to have filled out the warranty paperwork in order to get a replacement. Really? You can't just look up the sale and warranty it out? Also , just fyi, an American flag would be a great addition to the other flags displayed at this store 🙂
