The sales rep at this store was inconsistent; he sold me on items and services without clarifying or making sure I was protected, including a defective screen protector, which failed to protect my screen. Yet he and his manager were willing show me another screen protector. Very frustrating, and I would not recommend

Service is OK but their customer service is bullshit you could never get anybody on the phone the people at the counters don't know anything they tell you to call customer service ...you call you sit on hold forever it's a complete joke
then they send out a computer generated response/ apology
it's absolutely ridiculous smh

Joseph was the worst bad customer service when I called to see what time they closed he Said he would be closing at 7 and that there is many other store I felt he was trying to convince me to not go to his store just by the way he said it I payed my phone bill 2 days ago and I’m stuck with no service he said he would want to tell me denying me access to the account even tho I am the one paying the phone bill he was really rude and tried kicking me and the other lady because he wanted to take his lunch told us we had to get out from what I know paying customers don’t get treated like that I wanted to even open a new line he did not help at all I am now cancelling my 5 lines because of him this is not okay it’s
