I walked into my Best Buy thinking every time I come (once every 5 years) the experience is bad and I end up ordering on Amazon. Half the parking lot was unusable because it was reserved for pick-ups/lockers. Then the cell phone display section was missing one of the cell phones I came to see. The clerk asked me if I needed anything, and I asked if I could see the missing phone? He said it is right here and placed under the wrong tag. So I was already looking at the Oneplus 13. So I said well then can I see the missing Oneplus 13R since I am also considering that model. He abruptly said we don't have it. I think once again Amazon will be getting an order from me. I guess the good news is I physically touched two out of the three phones I wanted to see and will order a Pixel 9A!!!

There's an assortment of knowledgeable advisors who work there in conjunction with the array of products. Excellent service on a phone I thought damaged but simply needed trained expertise

Went in just to browse and ended up finding a great deal on a laptop. The store was organized and not too crowded. One of the employees helped me compare a few models without rushing me, which I really appreciated. Everything from testing the devices to checking out was smooth. I left happy with my purchase and the service, definitely one of the better Best Buys I’ve been to.

Best buy conviently changed their screen protector policy within the 5 days I was here last and they now want to charge me to do it again. The warranty is now only good for 30 days? I get it if i bought a new phone, but how can you change it on one i already had? They said we're taking the associates valuable time but we had two of them explaining to us longer than just installing it. 4 others are just chatting away leaning over an oven. 🤣😂
It's unfortunate because I bought all my electronics from best buy, but no more. They seem to want to push people to Amazon. Not good. I'll do my best to find another company or give in to the A.
Companies need to stop trying to take blood from a stone or I'll take all my business elsewhere.

Went in to buy a laptop today. There were probably five or six customers in the computer area. I browsed for a few minutes waiting for an associate to help me. No one approached. I finally had to take it upon myself to approach an employee who told me he wasn't able to help me but would add me to a queue and the wait time was about 10 minutes. There were several employees in the computer area but only two were "qualified" to assist the waiting customers. Both were tied up with their current customers. I waited for over 20 minutes for some assistance but no one seemed in a hurry or interested in providing assistance. The guy who queued me then told me it would be another 20 minutes before someone would be available. Meanwhile he just stands around and doesn't do anything. I told him I wasn't going to wait any longer and left the store. I sat in the parking lot and purchased a laptop from Walmart instead. The customer service here sucks. Won't be going back there to buy anything. And stores like this wonder why they end up closing their doors and going out of business.
