    I bought a washer on line on a Monday and it was delivered on a Wednesday -- FANTASTIC! Simon and Chinco installed it and took away the old one, and it was a PROJECT! They had to work with a very small space and a few stairs, and they did it efficiently, professionally, and most of all pleasantly. I give them credit for being so friendly and upbeat in spite of the hard work. Please give them both a raise!

    First, I'd like to say that the phone system is atrocious. When you're returning a call, you have to push # - but the phone system "can't hear it" - I tried multiple times and eventually just had to drive across town to go in person. The back story, I had set up an appointment for an install and the installer had called out. Not a big deal, I get it, we all need a day here or there. The downstream effects are that I had to get a family member to drive my car in because I had scheduled on a day that I could go. The next time I'd be in town and able to go would be two weeks, and when you're excited about your new toy... that is a huge let down. A bummer, if you will. The install went smoothly, everything at store level was good.

    Got great help....looking for a home stereo system and are going to get a home visit from a best buy tech to assess our current set up and what we want! We were there because we were getting dash cams installed in both of our cars abd that went great as well. Really fabulous tech that did the work...

    I waited for 30 minutes for a associate even though there was 10 on the floor just to be told I would be helped I just had to be patient so 45 minutes later some kid who doesn't know anything about appliances comes to help. 0 help from employees zero customer service even though I pay for some membership which I will be canceling. I came with cash in hand smh

    As of right now, do not even waste your time going here. Earlier this afternoon, my partner and I went in and bought a nicer 75” TV (Samsung Class Q6F Series QLED 4K UHD Samsung Vision AI Smart Tizen TV (2025) Model: QN75Q6FAAFXZA) and a wall mount for the tv. After getting everything home and spending some time putting up the wall mount, we were finally able to take the TV out of the box.. took the top of the box off, and decided to plug it in before taking it out of the foam and cardboard on the bottom, and low and behold, the tv is completely damaged in the corner. So I called the store phone number (which routes to what I assume is a call center) and explained the exact situation.. was told that my options were to wait a bunch of days for a pick up and get a refund a week or so after, or I could take it to the store and get an exchange or a refund.. elected to load it back up and take the trip back to the store just looking for an exchange. Upon arrival to the store, staff immediately went into what felt like blaming me simply because the box had “no visible damage” and that the damage was “consistent with where people typically grab TVs”. I was basically told that there was nothing they could do, even though this store is the one who sold me an expensive paperweight. I was given the option to come back (AGAIN) tomorrow to speak with a manager to see if a resolution could be found. Though was told that there were no guarantees, and that it’s unlikely. So all I gathered from this experience is that Best Buy is ok taking your money and selling you a damaged product and because the damage is CONSISTENT (not actually happened by, let alone proven) with “common” damage done by incompetent people.. they get to keep your money and you get to keep their damaged product. I will be going back tomorrow to try and EXCHANGE, not even a refund, this TV which is not even an expensive model with a price of only $650 on current sale. Will update this review with the outcome of the conversation tomorrow.
