- SPS PFeb 17, 20265.0I originally came to this location after having a terrible experience at another near by Cricket store...the service there was awful and the attitude was even worse. What a difference this location made! I was helped by a newer gentleman named Eduardo, and he was absolutely amazing. He was super transparent, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he didn’t just brush it off, he took the initiative to call his manager to make sure I got the right information. Shout out to the manager as well, because not every manager is willing to help on their day off. That really stood out to me. I walked in stressed after breaking my phone and urgently needing a replacement, and I walked out with a brand new phone and a big smile on my face. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!

- ARArgent RhealmJan 27, 20261.0Straight up incompetent management, I will be reporting to BBB the store and hope the district manager learns to handle their regional team better. The rep and manager kept telling a customer of 2 years who does IT and security audits for a living that CPNI prevents them from filing a phone replacement claim. CPNI does not prevent a Cricket store manager from filing the claim if the customer is present or properly verified. CPNI is about privacy and authorization, not about blocking normal account service. It's funny that I heard from a manager for the first time a cute excuse like CPNI and I love how the manager kindly tells me to go to the Cricket that will replace it for me instead of actually doing his job. Which I did and the store in Downtown happily processed the claim on my behalf. Do better.
