- KGKaylee GreenFeb 14, 20261.0Terrible customer service I called and was rudely over talked by a woman who was mad that I called the store to ask about sim lock considering my phone is paid off. She then proceeded to get frustrated with me and tell me that I need to learn how to read. When I was able to speak with a manager, he then proceeds to tell me I’m not letting him speak and then continues to tell me how to pay my phone bill, paying the bill was never an issue. I called to ask about the status of the SIM lock. With the prices they’re asking you’d be better off purchasing a device outright at Apple. It is very unfortunate. They are the only location in this area. Once I troubleshoot with customer service, how to unlock my phone I will be switching service to literally any other provider.
