I don't recommend buying the plus membership and ever trying to claim an in store price match unless you enjoy the dystopia of call center loops and systems that are locked out of processing your claim. Enjoy.

I came in to return a computer I bought around 6 months ago as it had began to have issues. The staff were incredibly helpful and the return process went smoothly. Dylan was great! He helped me pick out a new computer and ordered it for me. I did not expect the process to go this well considering I purchased it a while ago, but I was pleasantly surprised!

Hal Mulholland recently helped me make a decision on type of device suited me best. Additionally, he answered all technology questions.
I was able to make an informed purchase and receive helpful answers to transferring info from one device to another.
Hal is a true asset to the Best Buy Staff and I hope he is recognized for his value to Best Buy!
Additionally a sales gentleman, Val, was helpful and very knowledgeable and should be recognized as well.

Came here to pick up camera film for a polaroid. I went to pick it up, as other family members were getting ready for a child birthday party. The kid working the cashier wouldn't let me pick up film, even though I have the name and phone number of who placed the order. Could have been way more friendly and helpful but instead was short, rude, and did not try to help the situation whatsoever. I understand if policies are policies but this kid was incredeible rude. This Best Buy store location was the worst customer service I've ever received at a Best Buy and I will never shop here again. That's how rude and aful the service was here. 1/5 stars. Give your money and business to a company who actually cares and provides proper, friendly customer service.

If you are a middle aged woman, shop elsewhere. I walked in to look around as it has been several years since I have been in a Best Buy, and then I wanted to buy a four-way car camera. From the minute I walked in I was followed by multiple associates, and not in a friendly way. I said repeatedly, "I'm just looking around before I make a purchase." In 12 minutes I had 5 different associates follow me. I told them, "Not here to steal, I'm just looking around." They still followed me, trying to be sly about changing up who was following me, hiding behind displays and trying to look busy when I would look at them. If I picked up anything, one would arrive reaching for it to help me to the counter. Then they would stick by me until I set it down. When I finally wanted to look at the cameras, they were completely uneducated as to what products they had. I had to show them their own display, and then they simply read the back of the box to me. To buy one at this location, I was going to be sent elsewhere to have it installed. It took two associates to be this uninformed and unhelpful. Forget it. I'll spend my money elsewhere. I was left with the impression that their bonus for "catching" a 60 y/o woman in the act is greater than their bonus for knowing their products and completing a sale. What a joke! Never again. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. I spent $500 online and had my neighbor install it. Not only did I not steal from Best Buy, I also didn't give them a dime. Never will.
