  Don’t come to this store. Sadly the worst customer service and lack of logic or sense for problem solving. Do not recommend this store despite the convenient downtown location. They made me wish that I didn’t own any Apple products. Corporate stupidity.

  Danny the "Manager" could really use some people skills. When I asked a simple question he told me he couldn't answer that. So I simply asked if there is someone who maybe can. He laughed at me and smiled " I am the manager" Not only is that irrelevant to my question but it was rude. If you don't know the answer don't get offended and turn on the customer. How about you "try" to do your best to consult your team and see if there is a "real answer"

  I came today to the apple pioneer place in down town Portland to buy an apple 17 pro max 2terrabite storege. I just wanted to purchase it, I didn’t even want them to set it up. I was there at 10:30 am. I was the first guest to come in. As I came in a lady with a tablet and apparently a manager came to me and check the inventory and said yes we have it. She said wait in this table. Couple of minutes later went by and nothing, a tall guy with an orange beard said someone will be with u shortly and also check the inventory said yes we have it. Then the same lady who first acknowledged me came to me and send another representative. The representative girl got the product and I made the purchase that took less than a minute to ring and check out. The wait for a 1 minute purchase took literally 20 minutes of wait, and wait. I feel like the wait of a simple 1 min. purchase of a product should never take this long. Thank you.

  Jacob was such an awesome person to get help from. He is super knowledgeable and passionate about the product. He helped me choose the right MacBook for me and I felt very confident and excited walking out with my new purchase. His customer service is awesome and would choose to work with him again. He did not make me feel like I had to rush and I didn’t feel like he was rushing to move on to another person despite it being a Saturday and very busy He also transferred all my stuff to my new computer all while explaining the process to me. AND i literally bought the last pink Mac Neo so he held the product for me while I made my choice so no one else would buy it up meanwhile lol. Great job Jacob! Keep doing what you’re doing. P.S, Jacob did not ask me to leave a review nor mentioned reviews at all. He was just that awesome.

  I give 5 star ONLY BECAUSE of one of their technician called “Dane”. I hope I spell it correctly; he is the humble guy with a gray beard and mustache. We had appointment at 2:00 and we got 10 min late and they postponed the appt for 2 hrs to 4:15. We waited until 4:30 and noonday showed up. I asked a white tall guy in his 50s and asked him if a technician is coming and he just told me they are busy. He didn’t even ask me what’s going on to see if he can help or not. But, Dane just came over and offered to help. He fixed our phones in 10 min and we were able to get back home in Vancouver. It was really his kindness to help us. We had a long and busy day and we were so tired and it was blessing to get things done and come home. THANK YOU Dane!! Keep working hard; you deserve the best! You’ll get it! Take care man!
